Title: Updater problem

Hi,

I downloaded new version of planeshift on vista but I cant start updater, it says "An update is available but you dont have the correct permisson, please try it again as an admin"
What should I do? :/

Hi Elady :)

I use Windows Vista on my laptop which has enough to run planeshift because I was playing it on my old laptop so this one is way better than that one :/ but I dont know how to sign in as an admin to launch updater :/ You know that vista blocks everything like updater etc by itself somehow :/

You get the same thing with Windows 7, to get round it there you just right click on pslaunch.exe and choose run as admin.

ok I did, I launched updater and it worked and updated but it says that I am not running correct version of Planeshift. Please launch updater :/ I should re-install it on the different document than program files ?

You need the client version 4.03 for the server laanx
and 5.0 for ezpusa

I cant run the updater... well I once ran it but i never logged ingame.. Crashed every time I tried i could choose my character or create a new one but it crash once I'm ingame
