Title: Problem Loading Game

I just finished downloading the new client, but I'm unable to get past the log-in screen.  The system tells me to run the updater, which I have done, but it still doesn't load.  I'm not sure if this is only specific to the Mac OSX platform, but any advice/help would be appreciated.
