I'm sorry if this is the wrong place, but I cannot use the bug tracker right now (not recognizing my sign-in). I want to confirm bug PS-3776:
"Each time I log in to the game, my label for 'Show Guild' remains off.
I turn it on, save and it reoccurs."
I am having a similar problem, but I am trying to turn my 'Show Guild' off, but it remains on, even though it was "saved" in the 'off' position. I hope this confirmation helps, so that it can be fixed. It's very hard to see peoples' names with labels all over the screen.... :(

Thank you, I will try to link your report there.
BTW: Please try to help us discovering the reason - do you play on a restricted or administrative user account?
-
I also suffer this. I have an admin account on XP sp3

LigH, thank you for linking my report. I'm just a player, using the normal account provided by PS. I don't think I'm using an admin. user account. Sorry if I'm not answering your question correctly, but I don't know what a 'restricted account' is either. (Obviously, I'm pretty new on PS).
-
Restricted account refers to the account you use in window not the planeshift account you use to access the game.
-
It would possibly be helpful if you told us what kind of Operating System your computer runs, already before you load PlaneShift, and if the user account for your operating system (where you log in after booting) has restricted access rights. Depending on your access rights, PlaneShift may or may not be allowed to write into files in specific locations.

Each time I log on my Guild Label is off, when I turn it on.
I am on a Windows XP. I am the administrator.

I'm using Windows XP Home Edition, there are no restictions.

Good news :) weltall probably found the issue and committed a fix.
If it works it might be available with the next client update.
