Title: Training 'Shield Handling'

Hi
I noticed that Shield Handling is not working.
I have the green bar... but when fighting and holding a shield there are no practice points.

I've trained SH before 0.5

Should I open a bug report?

And how can I re-train Shield Handling if I've got a green bar?

it is not implmemented yet. the script needed to be fixed first :-\
i think there is a bugreport already, and the devs know about that.
