Title: Buggy quests

Jirosh stolen statue
- Possible answers for Merrinez questions are swapped.
Can continue with quest

Dhalia needs a skin
- Dhalia only answers with "I don't understand" when question is selected "Hello Dhalia, need help doing any tasks today?"
Can't start quest

I add as I find them

Check if the quest is reported, if it is add a comment if not add a new task for it.
