We are now in a position to allow one time one way ACCOUNT transfers to EZPCUSA. This transfer is only one way and is intended to help leveled characters who do not enjoy rp the chance to move over to the non-rp server.
To be clear: if you are transferred your account will NOT EXIST ON LAANX.
You will NOT be permitted to be moved back to Laanx at a later time.
Ezpcusa is now a committed and stable player server and won't be yanked down. Also our website will soon point directly there also.
If you wish to be transferred you place a request here and you will be put in a queue.
No one should expect that they have priority, developing comes first for us.
Disruptive behavior and chronic disregard for rp on laanx may result in being forcefully transferred to the non-rp server where you will have one last chance at playing before bans are issued.
These things won't be transfered:
-Creative Definitions (books/sketches), save them first (maybe doable in the future but not yet)
-Pets.
-Obviously buddy lists and marriages
-guild and guild status (guildleader have first to disband their guild or give their level to someone else)
-gm events (those don't exist in the new server so they can't be ported either)
-whathever is stored outside of your inventory
-various "named weapons" can't be transfered as they don't exist in the new server. Random loot is autogenerated by the server and ezpcusa has this table empty or with different items.

Do note that if you do not have 10 posts made on your forum ID, you may not use the PM feature of the forum, and will have to post here. Or, you may simply partake in forum discussions until you reach a post count of 10, and the PM feature will open up to you. :)

Is it possible to only have one char in an account transferred?

No only whole accounts.

What happens if there is already an account under that email address on both servers?

I am not 100% sure but there's a chance we could force the account to associate to another E-mail, weltall would have to answer this for sure.
I think just trying to do it without this would be similar to "crossing the streams" in Ghostbusters.

someone has asked me a transfer but didn't reply to my email he's asked to do it or i won't transfer his account.
when there is already an email in ezcpusa equal to the transfered one these steps are taken
1) merge. I will merge chars if the sum is <= 4.
2) ask for deletion or new email to be used

Although I would like my account to be transferred to the new Role Playing server, but I fear there is a small problem.
It has been a while since I played Planeshift (Crystal Blue in those days) and my email has changed.
The email address I used to register and build my character is not accessible for me anymore...
So what options do I have?
I would hate to lose my character (with its skills and possesions).
For admins, the address in my profile here is current and up-to-date.

I had problems logging in, so I expected that my account needed to be transfered.
Also because I hadn't been online for almost a year now.
I suppose the verification is needed to change the email address?
If so, I will report ingame.

if this offer is still good you can move bilbous at yahoo.com. accounts exist on both servers so either trash the one currently on ez or make it two way doesn't matter
