Title: My Winch Access is gone in this new client

I obtained Winch Access (the honest way) in the previous client but now it's gone! Please tell me I don't have to do all those quests over again to get the Winch Access quest. What do I do?

The new client brought a new quest system. In order to test out the new quest system all previous quests you have done ( along with factions and things like Winch access) were wiped. To get back into the Winch you will have to do the quests again just like everyone else has had to do.
