There was no need to clean it up until the bot's profile actually had spammy/advertisement stuff in it.  Before that, it was harmless so since the admin team is busy also dev'ing, no reason to bother them over it.

But I checked this morning and the bot's profile did change to have that stuff in it so I've now gone ahead and removed it.
