mm...aight...there\'s several problems to this...
first of all..it seems that i can run the openGL mode just fine but it comes up with an error about direct draw if i try run the safe mode...anyone else got this?
second thing is that it seems that i can only run planeshift once before i must reboot again to start up the client...after trying to connect to the servers(havent had any sucess so far) it comes up with a linkdead message then crashes....after that if i attempt to run the client it comes up with \'not enough memory please close down one or more programs and try again\'...
anyone lend me a hand?
oh and...
OS: windows ME
processor: AMD duron 800mhz
RAM: 576
video card: radeon 9100 (128mb memory..)
direct X version 9.0a
did i miss anything?

Well it seems that the Radeon could be your problem... I am going to investigate with CS devs...

I\'m quite sure that the problem is caused by the Radeon card. I have read the forums and seen many people with the same problem, and almost all of them have a Radeon. I have a Radeon and I have the problem too. I sent an e-mail to Luca Pancallo about the problem. Now we just have to wait for an reply.

hmm...well it doesnt seem like it now.
i tried turning the sound off and now it works...it seems that i also had a very old sound card (some soundMAX or something...)

Same problem here can\'t even go to the setup.
Always get the message \"can\'t create Drirect Draw device\"
I have a Radeon 9700pro
Athlon 2000
512 ram
Seagate Brracuda 60GB
Soundblaster 5.1

Are there any solution already there?
