Title: New Install on Win 7 - Launcher has no content, won't connect, won't update

So I downloaded the game on my Windows 7 x64 machine.

x64 install, started the launcher, and all I got was a blank launcher screen. It has all the art, but no content (and it looks like it's supposed to). When I press the play button, it's entirely unresponsive. I uninstall it entirely, going into AppData to delete config files and stuff.

x86 install. Started the launcher. Blank launcher screen. Play starts the game, and I get to login. It says both servers are down, I turn it off. I start the launcher again, press play, and this time it's entirely unresponsive.

I have attempted port forwarding. I have attempted adding -update to the end of the shortcut target. Updater says the following:

"Couldn't open xml file '/this/updaterinfo.xml'!
Unable to get root node!
Attempting to restore updaterinfo.xml!

Failed to download updater info!"

At one point I tried that and it said there were no active mirrors.

Any pointers to get this running?
