Title: documentation for cfg files

the config files in the user directory planeshift.cfg in particular is a cryptic list of options some of which are fairly straight forward and others that are more oblique. It would be nice to have comments included detailing possible options for the various settings and an indication of what they do. I suppose this file, in particular, is generated by the in game options but  even psclient.cfg which does have some comments leaves most things unexplained.

Alternatively if there was some file not used in the game that explains these things that can be perused independantly by those interested it would be very useful for users who wish to try to optimize their game experience.

This would be a good thing for acraig's engine documentation wiki (http://doc.hydlaaplaza.com/doc/).
