I think it\'d be cool when you do the character creation, the last part would be to choose a spirit animal guide. Depeding what you choose, that\'s how you would describe yourself, how the NPC\'s would treat you and from time to time each spirit animal would help you, each with their own different special abilites.
Like if your someone who is cunning, fast, but is physically weaker than you would choose a bird.
If your someone who is slow going, hard to catch, up but your physical strength would be unparallel to anything seen, then you can choose like an Elephant.
I dunno I think it seems like a good idea, since individuality is expressed so much in this game.
