Anyone here that the money system in Planeshift is just a bit too complex?
-
Nope. If anything, money systems have not been complex enough in other games - hence cheats and people walking around with a ridiculous amount of plat after buying it off Ebay.
Keep it as it is. I\'d rather be challenged that intellectually insulted.
-
I guess with a more complex money system, you can make an equally complex economy. And I think it would be easier to buy things, \"Aw dang, I dont have 1 circle to by this sword, Ohh! But I DO have 25 hexas!\" 8)
-
Im sure just like all other money systems we\'ll all get used to it pretty soon.
-
I think its a simpiler money system than say the US, there\'s a lot less.
-
yea its a good way to make the money system feel more real something hopefully u can relate too ;)
-
nah, i think the money system is even simpler then it could be ...it\'s just a plain decimal system :) ...i like it the way it is ...imagine that a hexa would be 6 smaller units and that a circle would be 12 hexas :]
that i\'ve got X credits/gold/dingits/... is way too simple ...i really look forward to that alternative money ...imagine you could hire a ship only with dingits or peaces o\' eight or even with some normal stuff like spices!! ...that would rock!!! :D

Ahhh, it reminds me of the good old \"Dungeon Master II\" (which none of you have propably ever heard of)
