It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that I post this to let people know our PLaneshift community is a little smaller today. For those of you who may have known her Aerynaia passed away yesterday after a long and courageous battle with cancer.
Aerynaia was one of the early members of the Daughters of Xiosia and helped build the foundation for our guild. For what ever reason the Goddess decided to call her home way too early in her young life.

/me bows her head in reverance.
I didn't know her, but it is always sad to hear about someone passing away. Thoughts and prayers go to her family.

A very warm and lovely person she was, I am sure everyone who knew her is full of pleasant memories.
Thanks for them, Aerynaia, be well!

Oh, how sad. She was a warm and thoughtful player and I am sure in RL she was the same. Holding her spirit and her family and friends in my heart and prayers. Blessed be.

So sorry to hear about Aery. I give her family and friends my best wishes in coping with her loss. As a DOX member myself, I've heard much about her and seen some of her contributions to the game despite never having met her in or out of PS. I also want to offer my condolences to Elady who has a special place in her heart for Aery. R.I.P. Aery, wish I had met you.

I just saw this post today, and it hit hard because I hadn't sent her a message in a while and was just thinking to check in on her. For those who didn't know her, Aerynaia was an excellent player and person in general, and one of the people who really made the game fun and interesting to play. It's always sad to lose someone with such a bit heart and a lot of life to them, and I hope time heals the hearts of those who knew her best. My heart goes out to her family and friends.

I missed this thread somehow, unfortunately... I believe I met her a few times, briefly.
A pity to lose another member of the community.

Rest in peace.

I knew her really well and haven't beared to play since I found this out. It brings me so close to tears when I think about planeshift and all I can think about is her son. God I miss her.
