Title: [HELP] Entities Appear Too Dark to see

I recently installed PS and made my character. But every time I load PS and go to the characterr selection area, my character appears too dark to see. I can't make out any textures or items on my character. After I load the world, things such as NPC's and trees also are darker than usual. I really don't know if my surroundings are darker than normal, but I can see them fine. But when looking at my character or NPC's, things are too dark and almost to the point of being completely black.

I'm running Windows XP
I've tried disabling the VBO as I am running PS onan ATI card, but that did nothing.
All of my drivers are updated.

I've also tried to get help on IRC, but it seems as though this problem has never been seen.

Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you. :)

Try changing the shader settings in the pslaunch application. At low at least all actors doesn't look like made of plastic...and it might help to make you see them at all.
