Title: Still In Charectar Create, Cant get past Negative figure ???? wt

Im still in char create, and cant get past the dang  negative cp thing keeps say i cant have a negative cp figure, why all this in char create, i chose everything at one stage still wont accept taking my 10 minutes to get a right cp number to get next creation area, ...... ?   ::| ??? ???

Try adjusting the fame level or profession of your parents. That can also use a lot of CP.

well im  trying everything i got the number down to 10 then got rid of and clicked randomize. that did aboslutely nothing, gee's u have to go thru such a lot just to create a char, i  went back to parents and stuck one on normal then other on famous , no good both parents on normal no good, 1 normal 1 exceptional , no good, wth ::| >_<



added later, ..... i found  it to 0 i took all them out n just clicked on which had a value of zero then went to next stage ........ ty for answering post tho anyway  ;)



Great because i minimized to post a q, i get back to screen character not responding  :(   ................ that's all i need after going thru all that .......... 8)

how many updates does this game have , so far ive been thru 3 , 2 by clevertech .com another by yourgon or some such gets to 100% then nothing just stays on that screen ??

The Planeshift client can be cranky about being minimized. It is better to leave it up and just bring up other windows in front of it.

You will probably have to use the repair button to get all the updates.

ok this game is just not for me, the whole movement thing is to weird for my liking  8) and way to much on the screen when u log in ,  8) but the graphics was ok  ;) the whole negative figure really got me  :thumbdown: while story behind  any of the chars actually available in  game was good to read about ;)
so i wont be continuing on with this  :thumbdown: but thanks for tolerating my q's   bye

He could have just clicked "QuicK" not "Custom" creation.

I don't know.  I used custom when I first used PlaneShift and it was fine.

Might just be an attention-span/tolerance-level problem.

that's optional btw. unfortunately, it's the default setting, but you can switch to WASD movement in the options
