I haven't played for a bit so maybe changes affected it but I wanted to know if there is anyway to get my password back or something else is wrong. Ok I entered my regular email and password and it says it is incorrect. Used all the ones I have ever used and still nothing... But then I noticed that one server is different. I believe there was a server named Laanx and that was the one I originally made my character on. Did the servers change or did I just re downloaded the game and try to enter it at the wrong time and the Laanx server wasn't up at the moment? If it isn't a server problem how do I ask for a password reset? I do remember my email I used to login for sure at least. Sorry if a nooby or a question asked a lot but haven't been around for awhile :) thanks again in advanced.

Also I just used the pslaunch from the folder I dowloaded with the game launcher and it updated my game. Now I can't get past the loading screen to get to the screen to enter my email and password ???

If you haven't played for more than 3 years now ... we are sorry to tell you that sometimes inactive accounts get deleted.

Skylab has replaced Laanx as the RP server so you need to log into Skylab. If can try running repair if your client is acting up after an update. At 3 years old your account should still be active I think they only deleted accounts over 5 years old with no activity recently.
