Title: Would paying be that bad?

tons of people that play these games are under 18 and cant use credit cards
anyway i wouldnt pay cuz i dont have any money and parents def. wont pay for it

But i just came to a realisation... the reason such games as EQ and UO, DaoC have better players that are generaly more \"nicer\" if you will is... because those that play are in the majority over 18 years old, and hence there player base is far more mature in its thoughts and actions. granted you get the odd snot of a child/teen or an immature adult (ive run into them on teh odd blue moon) Pay sortta weeds out the unwanteds (the majority of players i knew in EQ where either at college or married/living with some one and had families. usualy Ages 17-55(yep i had a guild friend that was over 50 :] )... it was amazing how the ingame environment drasticaly deteriated on the weekends and slightly less so around the 7pm-10pm times on weekdays, draw your own conclusion from that staement

However i im with Whitti ^^... we\'ll keep it free.

now this thread is free to wither and fade away...

stop your worrying people. you should all have the utmost confidence in the ps developers, they are good people, and they wont let us down.
