I read that at the "profile" it says " Text and Picture" , i guessed that the "picture" is an "avatar" is it posslbie to upload your own avatar?  ;)

Actually, what distinguishes you from a regular player would be the title under your name that says "Global Moderator". You're so official, that you can actually erase this contradiction with your Golden Axe of Doom™.
