Title: Chat window with horizontal tabs

The chat window in the style of 0.4 version. It allows much less high window and better visibility of the scene (effective at lower resolutions and/or on wide screen displays). I think it can be useful for many players.

It's actually horizontal, but cool mod  :thumbup:

One of the features of the BoniSkins (http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?topic=36618.msg416451#msg416451) I put here a while ago.

It is about time to give them an update...
