Title: Downloading problem, i have looked for the answer in stickies, and other threads

i download the client i need for mac, and when i double click the file that i get, nothing happens. i think it needs to mount onto something, but my knowledge of my mac is limited. is there anything obvious that i am doing wrong?

something should happen. what is the full name of the file you are clikcing on?
