can we change the apperance of our caracters after we made them?

You (as player) cannot.

Very few high-level Game Masters might be able, in certain limits. Make a petition, be nice and polite. But if your character is really little developed yet ... it would be easier to recreate it.

Some races have a limited number of traits that can be changed by a GM. We normally do these changes in an event we call the Hydlaa hair salon.  If your race doesn't have a specific model ( such as lemurs) then there are no traits that can be changed. Also we don't change the skin/fur color of Enkis or Kran since those changes are beyond what could be done IC by the characters in the Hair salon event.
