Where do you get mounts now?

When you have the ring of faimilar ask the nice merchant in Ojaveda and/orthe nice dwarf in the bronze door fortress.
The you need winch access and for every mount 120 circles.

You should not ask here questions best asked in game, as it is your char who would get a mount, not you as player. (No spoilers.)
Instead, you should try hard to make a thread title which already summarizes the content of your post enough not to be forced to read it. (Netiquette)

It's obvious he's a noob, his post count is 1. So really I am sure you were no different when you were a noob too.

False, I was very much diffrent when I was a noob, when i started 2 years ago, I relied heavily on myself.
