Title: Problem need help

I had this happen twice now, I deleted the first character when it happened, because I just started so I wasn't concerned.  There was a glitch with the graphics and the road ended and I ran into empty I guess it was.  It showed the screen going down (I guess I fell)  and I died.  Everytime it loaded after I fell and died over and over.  After about 30 times or more I shut down the game and went to relog.  But now my character won't even load.  Is there a way to fix this?

first you should set background loading to models or off in the launcher
next you should join #planeshift-gmtalk on irc to have a GM restore your character. afterwards you should be all set :)
