Hello Planeshift community!
I've decided to come back to planeshift because i've never gave the game a good chance and never got far enough to experience it's features. So since im coming back, any good tips for a beginner like me? Incase this helps i will be playing as a Human (can't remember what they're called) also if i get somewhere for once i would like to RP with some people! If you RP let me know, thanks!

Can you please clarfiy what you mean by tips?  I can't give any answers if the question is too general.

Basically a good way to start off..like...places to go to improve skills or what professions might be good to start with, stuff like that.

A mercenary/warrior kind of guy..quite friendly too

I also need help on the currency ICly, what would be a fortune and what would be poor ( Rich/poor basically) i need to know this so i don't go running around saying i have this amount of this etc etc, thanks to whoever replies to this question! :)

Well, I think you probably have one of the most popular RPs, so I think it shouldn't be much of a problem.  Although, I recommend you elaborate a bit on your character.  Give him a quirk, something not quite right about him, to make him more interesting.  RP will probably last longer, and be more in-depth, with something like that.

About tria: Trias have an extremely low monetary value, so someone with 1000 tria would still be quite poor, whereas 1 million is fairly rich [so far as I know, my character gets all her money off other people, so why would she care?]

You might think about your character's relation to different subjects, like religion, government etc., what god (s)he is most drawn to.
Perhaps a mercenary is drawn to the Red Way (although possibly not too far in, as that takes alot of work and expenses).
In what places does the character feel comfortable?
With lots of people around her/him, out in the wilderness or in a shady corner of a tavern?
