If I loose a quest, for example, in consequence of a wrong answer or lost a quest item, there is a way to iniciate the quest again from the beginning?

If it is a repeatable quest then you can discard the quest and do it again. If it is a non repeatable quest ( which most quests are) and you give a wrong answer then you are pretty much stuck with the results. This is for quests with a one chance only riddle in them. If you make a mis click  and accidentally clicked the wrong answer and you stop working on the quest you might be able to convince a GM to discard that step for you and let you answer again

if the wrong answer cuases the quest to end, apperently you have to get a dev to help :\

Thank you Sarva. I mis click in final NPC on Jirosh quest - Stolen Statue and on the Dark Wanderer quest - Messenger Bag. Are they repeatable quests?

nope, they are important quests. non-repeatable

If you messed up the riddle in the Dark Wanderer quest then you are stuck and have to live with the results of you answer.

Oh no!! What a shame. My char is a Mage and I need the glyph give on this quest.

Sometimes one can buy glyphs from merchants (players). Of course, expect the price to be pretty high if that glyph is particularly rare.

tbh I said something wrong in the Dark Wanderer quest ages ago (I think it was that quest), I didn't get the glyph but I still was able to get Winch access... now that I think about it it maybe the cause for why I can't get the Blackflame entrance quest.

You can prolly convince a developer to reset the quest for you, if it was a riddle you screwd up, they 'have' to be lienient on that, if your english isnt good, since you have to type riddle answers, try talking with Hanix or weltall or somone. you'll prolly have to PM them on the forum, or talk to them on IRC
