Title: How are the character models coming along?
Post by: Sektor on January 25, 2011, 10:27:40 pm
Hello,

I haven't looked at this game for a very long time. I've put off trying it because I wanted to create a Lemur Mage type of character but it didn't have such a model created. In fact, it a lot of models were missing from the character creation. Has this been changed at all? Have there been any news, podcasts, blogs, previews, interviews, screenshots about this at all? A link to them would be nice. It would be interesting to see some kind of a progress update on it, if possible.

Thanks.

So far, here's what's in game (this is off the top of my head, sorry if I missed any):

Enkidukai (male + female)
Ynnwn (male + female)
Dermorian (male + female)
Stonebreaker (male + female) (or is female the other model?...I forget)
Ylian (male)
Nolthrir (female)
Kran
Klyros (male)

There are some others being worked on.

Looks like you got the list correct, Mordaan :)

To add to that, there's also the different tribal markings on both male and female Enkidukai: Kore, Clamod, etc... All of which are very nicely done

Don't be afraid to chose a race which does not yet have an own model.

But expect a surprise change in your appearance once it will get implemented.

Moordan is correct except to the fact Enkidukai is not 'fully finished' they still have the Saraghi pack to be created. But I think they are waiting on CS to have fur effects.

Well ... if Lolitra might become an NPC, she might have some probability left.  X-/
