Title: Cant run the launcher and repair says "you do not have the correct permissions"

my clieant.app wont run and the launcher repair thingy says i cant update because of "permissions" i am on an admin acount how can this be fixed plz help.

Have you tried right clicking and "run as admin"?

Never mind did not see it was a mac >.< i assume it will be different :P

You need to move the planeshift folder from inside the dmg file in your applications folder and from there run ps launcher.
if nothing happens, be sure you have x11 installed first. It is optional but installed by default on Mac OS X v10.5 Leopard.

Boeven- I think that's like the 181st player either you, me, or Sarva has nailed for this issue  :thumbup: ... Is it in the download instructions for Mac OS? If not, it should be, I made a thread a long time ago that had a few instructions (this one included)

We should start keeping score for this one :D
