Title: not able to connect

my updater states that the serveres are up and running, but when i goto login it says faled to connect wtf???

1) try restarting your client
2) check that you don't have issues up to the server (might be a broken node check ping out of game)
3) your isp or your router might be dropping packets. for the first you need to settle the problem with your isp for the second check the router documentation to fix the issue

restarted 3 times, updater says servers are running, but when i goto log in it shows the 2 servers and marked as failed

make sure your firewall isn't blocking the ports that are required to be open in order to connect.

then someone is dropping your packets in your router or isp we can't do much. the message of the servers being up is a static message which mostly says if they aren't in maintenance but it's served from ezpcusa.

consider even a traceroute to planeshift.zeroping.it to check if your packets are going nuts somewhere. check your dns.
