How to report a Bug in The Bug Tracker?
(Another in the series of Roled's *TIQs)
So, I searched and searched on the Bug Tracker, looking for the button to push to actually enter a bug report. Yes, I signed in. Yes, I clicked every link that was click-able. Yes, I read and re-read the Bug Tracker Guide (which is decidedly not helpful!), and the bug tracker flow chart. Yes, I searched to see if my bug was there and it didn't seem to be. Yes, I clicked on the + sign above the list of bugs, but it gives more detail on that bug and not a template to report a new bug. :detective:
But what I could not find was how to actually report a bug! So, how do you report a bug in the bug in the bug tracker? >:( :( ???
If it's obvious to everyone but yours truly, Elf of the Technically Deficient Brain, then, please point out my mistake please! If it ISN'T obvious, would someone please post here a step by step or a clue as to how to open a new bug report?
I thankee in advance...

The Bugtracker is implemented as "Tasklist". To report a bug or request a feature, you "Add new task".
Before submitting a task:
- Search the "Tasklist" for different terms related to the problem; also click "+ Advanced" and decide if you want to include closed tasks too, and if you want to extend the scope beyond the title only to details and comments as well. If you are searching for several terms, select "Search for all words" if they should occur at the same time (logical AND).
If you did not find any matching tasks:
- Chose a title which describes the problem briefly but obviously and exactly enough
- Try to use terms other people would possibly search for, so they can find your task easily
- Chose a good matching "Area"; in case of doubt, you can ask for suggestions in IRC channels like #planeshift-build. But no panic, it can be fixed if there is a better one.
- You may chose a "Severity", but don't exaggerate. Higher options are reserved for cases where the integrity of the database content is in danger, but not just if a texture looks funny... in case of doubt, keep "medium".
- Is it really a "Bug Report", or rather a "Feature Request"?

AHA! Now for some reason my screen DOES NOT HAVE the 'Add a New Task' Icon! No wonder I couldn't find it. X-/ Nor does it have the studly arrow and smiley face Minks, tho' I appreciate your primitive minimalism..

You can only add a task after you registered in the bugtracker and logged in.
If you did that ... well, then show us a screenshot of your page?
Ah, by the way: Flyspray uses JavaScript a lot. If you disabled JavaScript for security reasons, you may not be able to use it.
