PS should have a beach or something like that. You could tan under the Crystal or something like that.

Suppose the lowest level of yliakum, before the underwater levels, would have a beach, but im not sure if you can tan that far down. IF that dont work for you, the muddy banks of lakes and streams will have to settle your needs.

There is a little bit of beach already at the ponds in the Bronze Doors outer area, if I remember well.

I mean a beach as public place with a bit more sand as that and there could be a little sea town or something like that. It should end up as a public place like hydlaa.

It's not that I find them ugly damnit! It's the fact that they have nude beaches... Taking off your clothes in public sounds very... well, disgusting.

Also, beaches wouldn't make much sense, if you think of the settings of PS, most climates don't make sense. The further from the crystal, the colder it would get. So the Dome's climate is the hottest one. I guess if there's a higher section of the dome it could get a bit warmer, but probably not quite beach weather, at least not often. Then again, there seems to be a desert by the Bronze Doors (which, unless there's an incline towards it, should be colder than Hydlaa) so, who knows.

I'm a bit ' prudish ' as you call it. A bit... I only believe that you should be naked if you're either bathing or lovemaking... Or possibly both.

Not to sound over liberated, but you should try it a few other places. Especially swimming. Maybe not in public but, it's really very nice.

Well except to th fact of stupid nude beaches and Europeans... I like this idea. It is still possible to have a beach in Yliakum.
@Earowo - Well you might be a bit far away from the Azure Sun to still tan while on the lowest level, might be a little cold. So... interesting...

Wll i meant to imply that, I vaguely recall the underwater levels of yliakum, being refered to as an ocean, which would make anyone think beach, but its probably a very snowy or rainy region down there, which as i said, the closest thing to a beach you could get would be a muddy riverbank on an upper level. I 'suppose' an Oasis in a desert region could be plausable,

Well I only read the first post and your post then saw all the off topicness so never bothered to carry on replying :oops:
It might also be possible to find something sandy around Amdeneir as the Klyros like water (from what I've heard) so there is a possibility to have a large lake with a sandy beach. Will be interesting to see though, could get into the game when the Amdeneir road get's made.

1) Female Enkidukai and Nolthrir already have "bikinis". And there are some of their players who don't like it to have no options for other casual clothes...
2) Europeans are probably not half as prude as many Americans. Especially those from France and from the former GDR, some say... BTW, I was "Born In The GDR" (listen to Sandow). Still, PS has a rather medieval-like setting, and public nudity was not really common in those times. Furthermore, PS has a youth-compatible rating.
3) Look at that abandoned village near the Bronze Doors cave path. See what happens to people living at a beach. ;)
4) Remember Kieve's painting of the Fenki bathing in the Plaza fountain? :o

A 3 year old child is the one who will care the least about seeing a nude adult: Seen, pointed at, shouted, forgotten...
