When will the testers recruit  new members for the PC team.
I would like to help find bugs and test out the new update and also
I would I like to help out the dev's in the music department.

they always do. but before asking for getting in the test team you need to be able to build yourself a client.

You don't need to be part of the tester team to find bugs. Have a look at  the bug tracker  (http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/flyspray) if you are not already familiar with it.

I'm sure they can always use more active members of the testing team.
