:P You'd make one on attacking Ulbers? The one you showed is pretty boring, imagine if it happened in PS. Feels like I've used this one before...

It gave me a chuckle; proving that age old proverb, if something can go wrong it will. ;D

I don't see how you could hate on Leeroy :) We need more people, but this must be made, Catlemur.

Just pulling out the mean look, gives me more credibility. Is there usually that much strategy when fighting monsters in PS?

Is there usually that much strategy when fighting monsters in PS?
Not from my experience, Sangwa. This is, likely, due to the lack of much intelligence of monsters and the rare instance of them being aggressive. For example, if the sewer monsters were aggressive (swarming by rats, spiders, etc.) then there would be much more need to cooperate among players when on a hunt. Also less protected areas, like on rocks and in rafters, would increase the need of magic users to cooperate with fighters for protection during hunts. As it is they find a comfortable rock and lay waste to the most formidable of monsters on their own.
That is an aspect of play that is missed by me; compared to my MUD days. A magic user would rarely think of doing any serious racking without a knight to tank for them. It is my guess that the lack of that style of play may be a reason why borderline RPers may not stick around for long.
PS has a long way to go in terms of player (classes) to monster balance; yet with RP being a priority it is not surprising that such development has taken a back seat.

Haha RP is a "priority", not a priority. No one knows what the actual priorities are. No one.
You've said pretty much what I suspected though... So in PS no one would mind if Leroy Jenkins went against the ulber shouting his name with fervor, they'd just laugh at him for not standing on his rock.

Leroy was epic.
