Title: Cant download :(

so i try downloading game and when finished i open and message comes up saying "the following disk images could not be recognised" any help??

Hmm, I've not had the specific issue occur before... First: Are you sure that you're downloading the Mac client, and not the Linux or Windows ones?  Second thing would be to make sure that you're running as the administrator on your Mac, for some reason, you have to be the administrator to run/download the game, I believe...

thanks for the info but that didnt change a thing so i tried downloading a different mirror and illl see what happens when its finished

finished download and works but in character making screen i cant see the model of the races any help?

What are the specs for your computer? ram/processor/graphics card?

You might need to run a repair.  DO NOT click the update "yes" button, just run the repair at the bottom of the PS launch screen.
