Title: Game gets error on startup.

First off when I start the game the first screen is to big and dosnt fit on my screen. Then once I click play it goes to full screen (which I set to do!) I log in and go to "Make New Character" when I try and choose a race I get an error "psclient.exe has stopped working" and another one saying "pslaunch.exe  has stopped working" then I can either close the program or look online for a solution (which dosnt do anything.) Please someone help!

If the window is too big for your screen (cute little netbook?), your hardware is probably below minimum requirements regarding 3D features anyway. But you did not tell us any details about it.

Don't use fullscreen anyway. It's evil. As LigH said, without knowing your hardware specs and your operating systen, best also the error log, noone will be able to help you. Because noone here is a seer.  ;)
