1) it looks like a twitching overstuffed sausage
2) I have spent countless hours of my precious and limited time trying to imagine how Ara puts on her pants and manages to fit her tail in such a sleeve.
3) the whole concept is just ridiculous
love the work ya'll are doing. do keep it up.

Obviously, serious Enkidukai warriors would submit themselves to a good docking (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Docking_%28animal%29) early in their career. Their tails would be more liability than anything else.

1.) Your not wearing armor on your tail, you fight a rogue or Dlayo, BOOM your tail just got cut off.
2.) The twitching is obviously not purposly implemented, and may be fixed soon (TM)
3.) 'IF' Enkidukai are like any standing lizard, the need the tail for balance, but i doubt it makes much difference, I for one, take pride in my tail.
4.) As for 'fitting in the sleeve' I figure before you put your legs in the pants, you hold your tail and slip it in by hand ;)

You could just say the tail armor isn't a socket you have to stuff your tail into, but a group of strips/chainmail/plates that wrap around it with some kind of straps or something…

yes, a feline's tail is vital for keeping balance, and an Enki should be proud of their tail.
here's another thing, a cat's tail really has no strength to it. it's really just an extension of their vertebrae, a bundle of nerves wrapped in skin and fur. If it were weighted down with armor, even leather, they'd be dragging their tails all over the place, it'd cease to function as a counter balance like it should, and it would be even a greater liability to them.
