Title: Not Responsive right after game loads

Just Installed lastest erion of game, I get through log in and start the game. 2 seconds in the game is unresponsive, sometimes other people load, have not seen any NPC, then it freezes. I turned off all that I can in settings or set low, ran the repair in setting screen, just some 64bit files need uploading, not sure how to get the End Now error page to get imported to here? Any help would be welcomed, thank you

running on window xp, geforce 6200 pentium 4 CPU 2 80 ghz, 2.79ghz, 1.5 gig of ram
