Title: What is there to do in Planeshift right now?

Before I download this game, what exactly is there to do in it?  Are there quests yet?  Monsters to fight?  I really like the look of this game and would love to help with it, but if all I can do is walk around, then I will wait for a while  :)  I love the concept though:  I am a peasant!  Ready to serve!  :-P  Anyway, let me know

Also, what are the system reqs?

BTW, I may just run around and stare at everything  :)  Is this game always gonna be free?

from all of the other posts i\'ve seen-yes it will be free... forever..... i think... maybe... wait what am i saying?? (say positive, me!) Sure it will be free!

You can run around, chat, collect crystals, buy and weild weapons, form or become part in a guild and obtain a rank within that guild.

There are no really high system requirements, any decent system over a P3 800 MHz (with a videocard of the same age) should be able to run this game hands-down, although some extra RAM wouldn\'t hurt.

You talk to the leaders of the guild... visiting a guild website wouldn\'t hurt either... and for weapons, currently there is an online shop at the planeshift site...
