It's time to check MyPlane again, we just added some cool new functions!

They don't show up in the public profile under "See more!"

My Molecular Blue achievement still doesn't show up (http://planeshift.zeroping.it/myplane/profile/Jamona_Shikon/achievements/).

looks good. I am thinking though that maybe you want to hide any cabal faction points as it will indicate which characters have done these quests.

Oh ... so what is correct now? 364 px width and 290 px height, like the existing one?

Well, I see: My image is 364x290 px, less than 100 KB (~42 KB) - and still not accepted. Maybe progressive JPEG is not recognised? ... No, that's not the reason either.

Uploading images for the gallery works, just not as avatar.

Avatar image must be maximum 300px of width and 364px height, 100kb or less.
I swapped values before, so the image wasn't accepted. I suppose I should sleep, sometimes, instead of messing with computers  :D

This is strange then. The default avatar has dimensions of 364x290 pixels (landscape orientation), so upload limits with 300x364 pixels (portrait orientation) is ... surprising.

I assume niklasboelter will know why. -- Or maybe not, then Talad.

Well, i didnt intend to use this as avatar image, i wanted to have it shown in the picture album.
Regarding the upload size for that it tells "Image can max be 650x650pixels (100KB)" so it should be alright.

In each character there is a attribute Created, and mine says:
Created: 16.Sep.2006
this is plain wrong, the Account has been propably created that date, but not my two chars. each of them should have it's own creation date, and if that date is meant to show account (not character) creation date, please put it on the character listing. or even better:
Account created YYYY-MM-DD
Character Created/ First Appearance: YYYY-MM-DD

I have many excellent ideas for new features! But before I start, I'd like to have the bug fixed that my Molecular Blue achievement doesn't show up (http://planeshift.zeroping.it/myplane/profile/Jamona_Shikon/achievements/).

Im not trying to capture this thread, but I believe that hiding Blackflame faction on MyPlane would be quite a mix up of OOC and IC.

As MyPlane idea, I'd go with an achievement for advisor points (if that's not in place already)

Would it be possible to have some sort of statistic like "Words written in Main:" or "PP spent" and "PP gained", or "Monsters killed (total)"
Also, a possibility to send messages to other players/characters would be nice. Maybe a possibilty to set a character's profession - and maybe some sort of reputation system would be very nice.

I like the idea of setting a char's profession, but not really the Rep system as it could make people advoid you for the wrong reasons and it could easily be affected by OOC or IC problems and so on.

Sadly, yes. But if it's more like "give a groffel" and "amount of groffels" and doesn't have negative values, it might help a little.

Considering the wish about looking up storage (http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?topic=40191), I wonder if some of the storage data could be displayed on myplane.
Most of that would be for personal use, but merchants might find it useful to advertise with a stock of a given item category.

Indeed the inventory tab only shows actually equipped items so it is somewhat misleading as it currently stands.

More fine grained control over what is public might be good too, it shouldn't be too hard to have a check box beside just about everything indicating the persons desire to share that particular piece of information.

I would like to see pages added with Info On pets and mounts, stats/skills ect.
As I understand pets will be trainable in the future.

I would like to see a option to view allaince like the guild part at the moment as well as this options to decide what the allies of the guild can see.
