Artists:
Please post here your artwork showing how you imagine the goddess Dakkru to appear.

Developers:
Please post here any official sources which may have been missed and which can be published outside of the game, or at least some hints where to find descriptions in game, if allowed.

A description of Dakkru can be found in her library; I am not sure if I am allowed to post a quote here.

This thread is planned to collect artwork up to a first deadline, as you can find in the main thread. Afterwards, a poll shall be added so people can vote up to a second deadline.

A form lithe and strong, with a shimmering cloak of long, sharp-edged splinters of ruby, emerald, diamond, platinum, and silver, all strung together with impossibly fine strands of orichalc and rattling in a soft cacaphonic hymn. A glorious headdress of crystal shards crowned such perfection as all the world of the living could hope for in death. Her lustrous skin was the whitish blue of the drowned, but in no way besmirched. Her eyes- irises like green halos encircled unfathomable pupils.

I was amazed by the combination of care and concern in the face of this fashion model presenting a black wedding dress...

Very good :D may I only suggest a darker shade on half of her face (thus looking more intimidating)?
a crown of shard would be a nice addition too.
I'm sorry not to provide any sketch but I've no artistic skills

Just a little WIP I'm doing...I think I might just paint her. Eyes are a bit wonky, I know.

It seems Dakkru is an interesting motive for many of us.
When I read the description LigH quoted above,
I could not resist to spend my ten minutes on a simple concept scribble.

Let's hope there will be some more contributions for other deities as well.

I voted for Mariana's rendition and here's why, the aged and faded beauty, the sly smirk and sideways glance that can only be read as saying, 'You fool, pathetic mortal. You aren't worthy of my love."

I think she captured my idea of Dakkru perfectly.

I actually voted for Boni's rather than my own...I like her headdress better, and much like Ara I picked it for the personality of the piece.

I voted for Boni's version here. I especially liked the etherealness... is that a word?....  it gave me the feeling that the goddess' image could disperse at her whim and vanish out of this plane. I also like the sort of flowing shapes of the flames from a hand that are mirrored in the shapes of her tiara.

Thanks to everyone who voted for my cheap little scribble. At least it seems to capture the concept idea, as nicely summarized by Dannae.
Now I feel like I owe you a color image and not just a ballpen doodle.
Well...
I don't have talent for such things, and the situation got worse since i broke my graphics tablet. Then let's try to do it LigH style. Whew, finding a halfway suitable picture is difficult. But utterly destroying it until it looks like something of my own was fun! (Yes, it has to be smudged and sloppy to be original Boni work ;) )
