Title: Questing?

Hey, I just started playing the game and I really like it so far.
I want to be actively involved in the community, so I can't wait to meet you all.
One question though,
I know you can't ask for quest spoilers
but is there a list of who to talk to when you want to actually START certain quests?

If you are a new player and did the tutorial you will start with the "Letter From A Friend" item in your inventory which will give you a few names to get started. Otherwise you need to walk around and talk to the NPCs. As far as who gives which quest , there is no such official thing.

Thanks! I deleted my first character because I didn't like him much.
So I no longer have the Letter.
But It'll make the game more interesting having to find things for myself, I guess.

I am certain that a few inhabitants of Yliakum will be able to give you hints which people may need a bit of help now and then.

Means: Ask other players via your character in-game, in in-character style, and they will answer you in the same way.
