After I select my character Zarre, I receive the following pop-up message:
"Your character data could not be loaded from the data base. Please contact tech support about this."

99% chance this is a quest bug, I've let weltall know and he will look at it as soon as he reads my message.

Yes, that bug happened to me as well. Try to catch Talad or Weltall on the IRC about it.
