This looks like Lisp to me ;) The idea was well illustrated a while ago by Lem (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stanis%C5%82aw_Lem) in his classic "Cyberiad" (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Cyberiad)
