Title: More substantial installation guides

The main website needs a more substantial installation guide. People who are new to linux (like me) don't have a clue what to do with the .run file after it's downloaded.

(Don't mind the Planeshift version numbers, the guide should still be valid for the current version.)

Edit: After checking your other posts. Of course, you have to change the file names in the commands to the files you downloaded.   :D
