Title: Race Choosing Disaster

I finally logged in from my last disaster, but now, I can't create my character. I can click create character and put in the first and last name. I can change my gender and such but I can't choose my race!   :( I is very annoying and I had false hope that I could play this game but now, I run into problem that seems unfix able and annoying!
If anyone can help with this, I would be thankful, but in the meantime, I'm going to search the forums to see if anyone has the same problem.

A little bit of info: The program just needs to close. It DOESN'T freeze my entire computer. :thumbup:

what setup are you running? Suchas system specs, etc.

You mean the race part is not selectable? Have you tried clicking on the "repair" button before launching the game?
Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I would guess that the application just hangs when a race model is put on the podium. That sounds like crappy intel integrated GPUs, not implementing all OpenGL features correctly.

Use "gaming hardware" to play games, means: Nvidia (or maybe AMD/ATI) graphics; intel is "office only".

(sigh) I was hoping that there was another way around it, I just can't play this game.
