Title: Problems getting back in

I recently updated, but had been in once.  I go through all of the loading until it gets to "Loading GUI" then it locks up. I emptied cache already to try that as well, no luck.
If it helps, I use windows ... and obviously I have not had a problem getting into the game before this.
Would appreciate any advice.

Sorry, I should have read other posts first. I see that it has been a common problem. Will try to reinstall and see if that works.
