Title: topic prefixes in granted/negated forum

Can the threads be tagged with prefixes [ACCEPTED] [REJECTED] for easier browsing/commenting?

When decided, they are moved to the subforum Granted or negated Wishes (http://www.hydlaaplaza.com/smf/index.php?board=68.0); rejected wishes are closed and recognizable by an oblique font.
