[OOC since Roled is locked out of the game for the immediate future, it would be terrific if those who are involved in all the intertwining plots might post, even if short, updates on the happenings in game? Not only for my benefit, tho' self interest is involved of course, but as an invitation to other players to join in... knowing you won't know ICly what has happened, but at least you might recognize character names so when you see them in game you might find a reason to say hello and find yourself involved in the role play(s). [IC] Roled, after being accosted and threatened by someone claiming to be a guard, left the hilltop in Gugrontid. Minutes before, a secret and magical ceremony conducted by a clandestine Mage had helped heal Roled's nephew.
Roled worried. Too many friends of his were being targeted, and perhaps the elf himself was in someone's vicious sights. The Dermorian left his adopted son in the care of dear, reliable, and strong, friends and left, determined to seek out the perpetrators of his own and his healer friend's poisoning, and the embedded evils that his friends were being subjected to.
He said goodbye to no one, thinking he would return quickly. Now, apparently, Roled too is missing, with no word sent to explain his absence.

The female Ylian sets the flowers down. She leans her silverweave bow
against a pillar. Her sacks drop to the floor. Two longswords still
sheathed across her back. Picking up the flowers she approaches the
altar reverently. She freshens the Devil's Claw and adds some Snowbuds to
the grouping. Standing back she admires it, then looking about the altar
she places a book between a single pair of Snowbuds and again stands
back and admires her work. She unbuckles the strap holding a rolled
Ulbernaut fur from her shoulder and spreads the unrolled fur before the
altar. One knee goes to the fur and the other remains bent, used to rest
the elbow of her right arm.
Bowing her head to the altar she says,"I bring this offering of thanks.
Thanks for the bounty of the hunt and thanks for the safety of my
return."
After a moment's pause she continues, "More of your creations I have
brought ye so that your gaze may be brightened while looking upon
the delicate creation of the Claw or Snowbud. My wish is that it shall
please ye and in so doing grant favour of one devote. Know that such
favour is asked not for myself but Roled and Prreta. May you grant them
your blessings and guide them safely."
The Ylian stands and turns to take her bow and leaves....

I won't give away ic info, but in the spirit of this post, I'll give this:
If you like violent, dramatic, dark role play, there are several of us who play when I do - around midnight to 3am friday and saturday nights us/eastern timezone. To join in a strictly ic way, you can keep in touch with the gossip and public messages on the town message board, with the characters at camp banished, or perhaps the taverns.
Sometimes ic info is hard to catch.
Feel free to send me or one of the other players who I interact with a tell and we'll gladly find a way to get you involved or at least in the right place at the right time so you can easily integrate with the group.
If you feel uncomfortable with your ability to rp, then please talk with us. We've all been there and know what its like. This is quite common.

Rigwyn has kidnapped Sarren and has him chained to a stone wall somewhere in the death realm. Since he has failed to denounce the more popular gods of Yliakum despite about 1 1/2 rl hours of torture, he will be sent to Dakkru with a blasphemous message tattoed on his chest and forehead.
I'll be writing about this soon.
