The sad thing is that while that's one fugly mofo, Rigwyn, that's probably a result of mites and mange from people who ditched the thing and left it as a stray without proper veterinary attention.  :'(





...Or it's a really old Chinese Crested. Those are just born ugly.

It is. This dog has been presented in TV a lot (e.g. in "Galileo").
