I cant wait for the next update, This game seems great! I hope this game is not scraped, and I hope it remains free. Im only 14 so I cant afford to pay the $12US some games charge. I dont know why people seem to have troubles with this game. Im running a 1.7gig athlon, 256RAM with a Geforce 2 card and everything is perfect on the game. Oh yea, and walking throught people seems a little odd...Maybe make your character kinda walk around them? or if they are blocking the door you just walk through, but not over the other character, you just walk around?

1. Yes, this game is free and will always be free :)
2. This is just pre-alpha. There are many bugs that needs to be sorted out. Post all you find in the bug section.
3. Next release is about six months away.

And I agree. I am also eager to try out the new build, and Im glad this game is free and will always be free.

Yeah, I run WinXP with 512mb RAM and a 1.6 gig P4 and I experience almost no problems besides the common graphical errors and lagginess.

Besides, PlaneShift has ORIGINAL ideas, not seen yet in any other MMORPG. THAT\'S why I like it so much. I don\'t play it, as it only shows, how the game will LOOK, and I already saw it, so I contribute to the forums instead.

PlaneShift will live, and won\'t die out, because of it\'s ORIGINALITY. Great stuff indeed :)

I jumped over to this game when I got tired of waiting for the ressurection news of Funcoms \"Midgard\".. The news never came, although I am still hoping... PS has some of the same elements as Midgard, and that is just grand :D

I use WinXP too and sometimes get a slight bit of lag or it sticks for a second or so. I wish 6 months went alot faster or could they release another version inbetween with some monsters to fight?

They wont. I dont think that they are anywhere close with making skins for all the monsters, the world outside the city etc. :)

But one can dream cant one? ;)
